Sarah Morris (born 1967) is a British-American artist, born in England in 1967.  She attended Brown University, Cambridge University, and the Whitney Museum of American Art Independent Study Program.   In 1999–2000, she was a Berlin Prize Fellow at the American Academy in Berlin; in 2001, she received a Joan Mitchell Foundation painting award.

Morris has had solo exhibitions in many European countries and in the United States. She has made permanent site-specific works for institutions including the Kunstsammlung Nordrhein-Westfalen in Düsseldorf.

She has had film showings of works including Los Angeles (26 minutes, 2004) at the Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum;  Points on a Line (2010) at Sotheby's, New York;  Midtown (9 minutes, 1998) and Beijing (86 minutes, 2008) at the Barbican in 2010;and Chicago (68 minutes, 2011) at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Chicago.
